SunDita® stands behind all of its products. If you are unhappy with the product, for any reason, we have an industry leading “Hassle-Free Return Policy.”
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you may simply return the product for a refund according to the following terms:
- For 1 month supply orders just return any product (opened or unopened), and we’ll give you a full refund of the purchase price less s/h. To obtain this refund you must return the product within 30 days after receipt of your product.
- For 3 month supply orders simply return any unopened product, and we’ll refund the purchase price of any unopened products less s/h. To obtain this refund you must return the product within, 30 days after receipt of your product. For any partial returns, your refund will be prorated.
- For 6 month supply orders simply return any unopened product, and we’ll refund the purchase price of any unopened products less s/h. To obtain this refund you must return the product within, 90 days after receipt of your product. For any partial returns your refund will be prorated.
- If you refuse any shipment of product we will issue a credit to the credit card you provided, however refused shipments are subject to a $14.95 restocking fee for all refused shipments regardless of the reason. Thus any credit issued will be subject to a deduction of this $14.95 restocking fee.
To return your products please follow these simple steps:
- Step 1: Important! Before returning any product you must first call our “friendly” Customer Service Department at 888-892-7184 (M-F, 9AM-5PM PST). Your customer service representative will produce you with a Return Authorization Code. This will assist us in making sure your refund is credited to the correct account. Please do not return the product without this Return Authorization Code. This Return Authorization code will be valid for 7 days. Credit will not be given product without a valid Return Authorization Code.
- Step 2: Package Your Item for Return – To ensure your package arrives to us safely and undamaged, please pack the item securely to prevent loss or damage.
- Step 3: Label Your Package – To receive the fastest credit possible, please display the Return Authorization Code on the package postage. Return Authorization Code is required for us to be able to refund your purchase price.
- Step 4: Secure Your Package – We encourage you to protect yourself from loss or theft by insuring the return shipment and sending it by some kind of tracking service such as USPS certified mail, UPS, or FedEx. The return must be shipped within 7 days of receiving the Return Authorization Code. Be sure to save the receipt for your records. We regret we cannot issue a credit or refund for any item damaged, lost in shipping, or sent COD. REMINDER, WE DO NOT ACCEPT WALK-IN RETURNS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, ALL RETURNS MUST BE RECEIVED VIA MAIL. Send your package to:

- Step 5: Receive Your Refund – Credit card purchases will be refunded to your credit card company the day we process your return. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly statement. SunDita® will issue a refund check the same day we process your return for any items purchased by personal check, money order, or cashier’s check. Refunds are for complete purchase price but do not include shipping and handling charges.
