This warm nighttime elixir is made with chamomile, lavender, and tart cherry to encourage deep restful sleep. Tart cherries contain a high melatonin concentration to help support a healthy sleep cycle, and lavender and chamomile have calming properties.
4 ounces Tart Cherry Juice
8 ounces of your favorite Chamomile and Lavender tea
1 tbsp Raw Honey (optional)
Warm tart cherry juice gently in a small saucepan on the stove. Brew the tea according to instructions. Combine tea and tart cherry juice, stir in raw honey. Sip & enjoy!
